    Provider was awesome thanks for his and the nurse's attention much appreciated the care I received and understanding of me being a few minutes late I'm usually on time but happened to run late and they were considerate about it.

    Shout out to Scott Miller, after completing the cardiac visit I explained to that the hospital and myself were having issues trying to get to see anyone at Pacific Crest to schedule the hospital stay follow-up orders. Scott asked the nurse to try and locate a stitch removal kit. Scott took the extra time to remove the stitches in my forehead. I really want to thank Scott and the team.
