    Suzanne Ramm is knowledgeable and empathetic. I felt comfortable talking with her and trusted her informed comments because she showed understanding of interrelated body systems and explained how I could apply the information to improve my symptoms. She is among the best providers I have seen in my 71 years due to her knowledge, communication skills, and warmth.

    MS Ramm was excellent in her explanation as to what happened in my stay at the hospital particularly the cardiac portion of it. She explained why I needed to be on a blood thinner for the rest of my life and to what probably caused the sepsis. I was really Impressed by her knowledge of the whole situation.
