    She seemed upset that she had to see me. Wanted to know why I was even there. I told her, it's just a follow-up appointment after having pneumonia. I asked if I should get a pneumonia shot since I am prone to pneumonia. She couldn't answer me but said she would check back with me. I haven't heard anything from her. She seemed to think I was the person who sought her out to see me that day. I didn't! It was the only day and time I could come to the clinic!

    Sara did an amazing job. I called to request an order for a vascular U/S due to my history and symptoms. However, the providers want to see the patient before sending them, understandably. The nurse (Nita, she was wonderful too!) called me back and had set up an appointment for the U/S following my appointment with Sarah. I appreciated being heard.
