Professional, knowledgeable and communicated a good plan of care and proposed some solutions for my concerns.

It was my 1st visit with Dr Klinkhardt, and I've given her name to two people today.

Dr. Klinkhardt spent time with me during the physical. She had read my record prior to my appointment, so she knew some concerns. She did research when I asked questions about my medications and offered suggestions for the pneumonia vaccine.

She was very professional but aloof. I felt it was like ..next patient please.

She is just not a very "personable" woman. No effort was made to try to get to know anything about me. Everything was very clinical and "dry." I realize time is of the essence but this was my first visit with this doctor and one would think she would make an effort to have a conversation about me as a person, not just a patient.

Dr Klinghardt was very direct and frank about some of my issues. I deeply appreciate that she did not sugarcoat or soften things I needed to hear.

The Dr was professional, efficient and personable when interacting with me. My only rating of Fair was that I had to remind her to review tests done after my last visit to get her take on my results and what my next steps should be. I think part of this is that she is/was incredibly busy and sees so many patients because there are so few Internal Medicine Doctors accepting new patients.

It's too early to know if I would recommend this provider to anyone else but my visit went well enough. It takes time to build rapport with a new provider.

Tessa has an amazing attitude and bedside manner. She's very good at her job and I honestly feel that she cares for my well-being.

Very efficient. I can come across as a little growly and complaining.

I like Dr. Klinkhardt, very much. She is thoughtful and explains why she makes the decisions she does. I don't feel rushed with her and she lets me speak. She does not talk over me. Many providers talk over their patients or rush them and they miss important diagnostic criteria by doing so.

Dr.Klinghardt is one of the best doctors. She takes time to listen, to explain but most important she does something about the problem. She handled the medications, making recommendations and referring me to the Ortho department. And she is just a pleasant person.

Both my daughter in law and my husband are joining this office

Dr Klinkhardt gave me treatment options, referral, med suggestions, and explained in detail side affects and what to expect.

My issues were not addressed very well, provider did not allow me to speak much and said "did not have time". Because this was my 1st visit with this provider, I thought I would be able to discuss my concerns about my health and physical limitations as I am single and live alone (age 73). Suggested I join a senior sneakers group, tried to explain why that would not work for me, but did not want to hear answer.

I'm very pleased to have Dr. Klinkhart as my new doctor.

Dr. Klinkhardt embodies all that I was looking for in a doctor. That's why I'm keeping her as my doctor. We discussed my health concerns. He had a dialog. As a result, she printed out information that would assist me and scheduled a follow-up visit to see if things are improving. I was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, care & concern.

Dr. Klinkhardt listened and diagnosed the problem quickly. She gave me the treatment plan and made the arrangements to have it completed so it was convenient to me. I left feeling confident that my problem will be taken care of.

Doctor always shows concern for my needs and makes sure I understand her instructions.

Provider appears knowledgeable & professional. It was only my first visit so it will take time to get to know her. I was slightly disappointed that upon hearing I'd lost 50 lbs. She offered me weight loss medication as reinforcing my life/habit changes.

She provided excellent education and expressed concern for my overall wellbeing as a person.

Dr Klinkhardt was very good. She followed up on my concerns and recommended treatment paths without pushing recommendations I was uncomfortable with

Only suggestion would be for Doctor to be sensitive about age. As a middle age person, I didn't like being referred to as old. I know it's relative when the doctor is in their 30's, but sensitivity and professionalism is expected.

We have confidence in our doctor and we are grateful for the care we've received.

The Dr was pleasant, listened to me and was very thorough in my 1st visit with her.
