    I came to the office and met with Sarah after finding out my provider left. I came in with some neck pain. I stated the pain wasn't bad as long as I turned my head slowly but I also stated I needed a note to go back to work. My neck pain was not addressed. The provider was only concerned with setting me up as a new patient. Nothing about my current condition was addressed. I was also told by the nurse/assistant that I would have to start new care with Sarah if I wanted to be seen and have my issues looked at, otherwise I could go to urgent care down the street. Overall it was very unprofessional.

    I love this ARNP! Sarah is so kind and comfortable. I enjoy building a relationship with her as my primary physician. She really cares.

    Was afraid she would just refer me out..but no Sarah was very compassionate and helped with ALL MY COCERNS.....
