    Dr. Barua is an excellent Diabetes Specialist. She has helped me so many times in multiple ways to improve my glucose stability. She helped me to start using the Dexcom G7 sensors to monitor my glucose levels without having to prick my fingers multiple times a day. What a major difference that alone has made for me as I strive to keep within my required limits to stay healthy. Dr. Barua not only takes the time to explain everything she is telling me but also includes me in all the decisions we make. She is kind, compassionate, and professional during our appointments.

    I was very impressed by Dr. Barua. She appeared to seriously listen to my health concerns: she took the time to explain her treatment plan; she was very thorough. She is a refreshing change from some former doctors.

    Dr. Barua is an effective and concerned endocrinologist. She can see my Dexcom G7 charts showing times and dates when my blood glucose readings were elevated, normal, and too low. She went through the times and areas of concern with me, at the same time discussing strategies that I can implement. This will improve those readings before they reach those critical high and low readings by using the correct amount of insulin BEFORE they occur.
