    Felt very comfortable with the doctor and her knowledge and advice

    Barb, PCP and Lisa, MA both showed levels of concern to be sure I had correct EKG information and images (lisa presented to Barb after being sure it was correct on computer, so that Barb could make informed determination)

    Dr. Wood gave me an enormous amount of her time. She was a caring listener and walked me through the different treatment options. I very much appreciate her.

    This appointment was better than the last one. She took extra time reading the different Dr's notes regarding the goings-on of the health issues over the past few weeks. She also took extra time explaining what I had questioned until I understood.

    I was amazed at the attention doctor woods gave me. She was concerned about my issue and was intent on resolving asap. Very informative and kind, wish my primary was like her.

    Truly awful experience. Provider couldn't call her by her name correctly and it's a simple name. Was clearly angry during the visit with our beliefs which became the focus instead of how my child is doing compared to other kids of her age in regards to growth and health, etc. My child was frightened from when she walked in with a very cold and angry demeanor. Was frustrated when my child got upset about getting her ears checked and angrily stated she was late for other appointments - we were on time and clinic was empty Irregardless, the PA was extremely unprofessional. The PA was 1000% opposite of the NURSE who was kind, caring and professional.

    It was all excellent! I am impressed and thankful for the help. Barbara even called me herself later in the day to inform me of another medication that the ENT doctor wanted me to start right away.
