Too bad she isn't in the MD practice instead of ENT because she would be my primary doctor. She cares.

Karen was amazing! She took the time to listen to all my concerns and didn't pressure me into making any decisions I didn't feel comfortable with. It was a very informative appointment, as she took the time to go over my test results in detail and explain several things to me about my diagnosis. I really appreciated her thoroughness and kind demeanor.
