Practice Philosophy:

I am a strong believer that "a team makes the dreams work!" My approach to patient care is to establish a team relationship with patients and their families. As a team, we work together to understand their conditions, available treatment options, their needs and then develop a working plan to treat their conditions.

Dr Chang is absolutely wonderful at taking the time with me, to explain all of my options...This is so important & traumatic, that it is hard to absorb it & remember it...She goes above & beyond to make sure that I have all of it in my head, when I leave...I REALLY appreciate that!!!...
