She was very quick and seemed rushed. She did answer a question I had well, but didn't offer any information regarding possible outcomes. I would still see her again tho

Seeing Dr. Hood was a response to the terrible experience I had days before and she made me feel seen, heard and very comfortable. I cried at the relief I felt from her kindness. She was very informative and was happy to answer my questions. She is amazing

I cannot tell you how much I was dreading this appt. Michelle is brilliant, compassionate, inclusive, and trustworthy. This is the best experience I have ever had. She really treated me like a person, and a part of my own care team. I loved her, and I hope to have her as my provider for many years to come.

This was the 1st time my daughter felt she was given good answers and how it could be dealt with that wouldn't severely impact her life. Up to that point she had felt she was given scare tactics and told to just gain weight and it had all been frustrating for her.
