    NP Bosma is always great about including our 7 year old in the conversation since he is very interested in what is going on and likes to talk with her.

    Bosma indirectly told me that my symptoms could be being caused by my weight, said through personal anecdote. Rather than tell me straight to my face that among other possible causes, excess weight can cause the symptoms, she skirted around it and hinted. I felt unheard because my weight is not a new issue and my symptoms I came in with are a major change from my baseline. I felt dismissed and shut down.

    This is the first time I have actually felt she listened to me and it was only because a different Dr ordered tests that she should have done 9 months ago. These tests showed there was a lot more going on then the basic bloodwork showed

    The new doctor did not help me or let me make any decide my own care or provide any options to help me for my issues I went in to discuss with her. I will not be seeing this doctor again when making my future visits. I have to schedule another visit for the same issues with someone else and be seen again because she was unwilling to help me and didn't care to and offered no other solutions to assist my concerns. I have never felt more hopeless unheard and without control with making choices about my health I have the right to make and she gave me none.
