Practice Philosophy:

When selecting treatment options for cardiac disease, I believe the approach should always balance the severity of the condition with the invasiveness or risks of the intervention. For less severe cases, I prioritize conservative, low-risk treatments to minimize unnecessary burden on the patient. However, for more complex or advanced disease, I ensure that all appropriate therapeutic options are considered, offering a full spectrum of care while tailoring the plan to align with the patient’s values and goals. Throughout this process, I work closely with each patient to create a personalized treatment plan that not only addresses the medical condition but also respects their individual preferences and priorities.

I am glad to get a second opinion fr Dr Segerson. After being told by other doctors that there is nothing wrong with my heart, in spite of being admited in the hospital 4 times in the last 10 months it is very frustrating. Dr Segerson hear me out and he explained to me what is the plan for my care. I am hopeful and confident that Dr Segerson and the rest of his team are the right fit for me.

Dr Sergerson had taken the time to review the NM stress test that had led me to this visit. He was very well acquainted with my history and this was reflected in his recommendationsl

Dr. Segerson is a very good doctor. He is, however, usually late. This was a virtual meeting, that I thought would be by computer, but instead it was on my cell phone, and the 15 minute wait time put me into a higher rate charge on my phone.
