I actually enjoyed my visit, it was like talking to a good friend. Very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel hurried. I'm sorry she will not be in Dr Severinsen office.

Leah was awesome. She exceeded our expectations in explaining everything we needed to know about {patient name removed} medical issues, his care, and what to expect in the future. This was one of the best appointments he has had. She provided the BEST care and we really appreciate her.

I felt unheard. I discusssd significant balance issues and an acute lumbar spine flare. She did nothing but listen to my heart, write a ref to PT and refused to address my spine due to an appointment with orthopedic pending. I needed documentation for my employer before Otho appointment. I wasn't impressed. I felt belittled and unheard. Disappointed!
