    Dr. Gapen was very easy going, affable, and professional. Explained everything in a way that my 11 year old could understand and relate to.

    Dr. Gapen is amazing. Hands down the best pediatrician we've ever had. He goes out of his way to take time to listen, exam, and explain. He treats both of kids with great care and really speaks with them, not just the parent. He is always responsive with any questions or concerns in the actual appointment or patient portal. His PA or MA is always caring too. Front desk greets with energy and smiles. The best pediatric clinic in Spokane by far!!

    Dr. Gapen is literally the best. My daughter and I love his ramble at the end of every apt. He always goes over safety and how she should speak up if something happens but he does it in a way that she thinks is great. She values his opinions and listens to him when he recommends something. We trust him and look forward to each visit

    We have gone to Dr Gapen for 15 years. He has consistently cared and showed extreme compassion and concern. We will be sad when our youngest no longer sees a pediatrician.

    Dr. Gapen listens first and then responds compassionately with practical, factual information balanced with affirming parental concerns. He checked our baby head to toe and gave us reassurance regarding his health.
