I would like to say that she had to give me some not great news, but she did it in a very good way. She gave me the smaller things that were wrong first so I took that in and worked her way to the worst part of it, which was really good because it allowed me to process most of what was said to me when someone hit you with the absolute worst first sometimes it's hard to hear anything else. She was a very caring person. It was obvious that I wasn't just a number. I felt that she truly was concerned for not only my health, but my well-being in learning these things she jumped right on everything I was contacted. She followed through all the way the way she said she would and she did I was impressed.

Myra was very knowledgeable, discussed multiple options on how to proceed. Really listened to my concerns.
