Maria Browne, MD

Maria Browne, MD, is a nephrologist who earned her medical degree from the State Medical and Pharmaceutical University in Moldova. She completed her internal medicine residency at a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada-accredited program in Kazan, Russia, and pursued a nephrology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Browne is committed to helping patients live their healthiest lives by empowering them with education and preventive strategies to protect renal function. Her clinical interests include acute renal failure, onconephrology, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and nutritional optimization for patients with chronic kidney disease.

Outside of work, Dr. Browne enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors.
