Elaine Jayne Buckley, MD, FACS, is a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist who specializes in the surgical management of both benign and malignant breast disease. Dr. Buckley provides compassionate, comprehensive care, pairing advanced surgical techniques with a whole-person approach that centers each patient’s goals, values, and quality of life. 

Away from work, Dr. Buckley enjoys time with her husband, two children, and their dog. She also loves painting, photography, traveling, and gathering with family and friends.

  • Comprehensive breast cancer surgery (lumpectomy, mastectomy, sentinel node biopsy, axillary dissection)
  • Skin- and nipple-sparing mastectomy with reconstruction
  • Prophylactic mastectomy for high-risk patients

  • Flat aesthetic closure after mastectomy
  • Management of benign breast disease
  • Breast cancer risk assessment and prevention
