Keith D'Souza, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in non-interventional pain management. He focuses on improving patients’ daily function and well-being through individualized, evidence-based care. Dr. D'Souza offers diagnostic and therapeutic services, including chronic pain management, botulinum toxin injections for migraine, cervical dystonia and spasticity, electromyogram (EMG) testing, and medical acupuncture.
