Houser Duncan, PA-C

Houser Duncan, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine. He provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, annual wellness visits and long-term management of chronic conditions. Houser treats a wide range of concerns, including high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, thyroid disorders, depression, anxiety, common acute illnesses and injuries. He also offers in-office procedures such as joint injections, splinting and casting, skin biopsies, incision and drainage, cryotherapy, Nexplanon insertion and removal. He emphasizes evidence-based care, patient education and works in partnership with patients to create practical, personalized treatment plans that support lasting health.

Houser was drawn to health care by the opportunity to serve others in a meaningful way and make a positive difference in people’s lives. He values building strong relationships with patients and enjoys the problem-solving and lifelong learning that medicine requires. Outside of work, Houser enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He enjoys playing pickleball, fishing, duck hunting and traveling to new places. He also enjoys watching football and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, bowling, board games, and puzzles with family and friends.
