Danielle Rogers, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in wound care. She is passionate about helping patients heal and improve their quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. With a special interest in gastrointestinal and orthopedic conditions, Danielle draws on her background in medical-surgical and primary care to manage complex comorbidities, support healthy lifestyle changes and promote optimal healing.

Danielle’s path to health care began while caring for sick loved ones and witnessing the difference that compassionate, high-quality care can make. She transitioned from careers in journalism and the service industry into nursing, later advancing her practice to become a nurse practitioner so she could provide more autonomous, comprehensive care. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys RV travel with her husband and their three dogs. She enjoys spending time at the beach and on the water swimming, tubing and fishing. She also has a passion for dance and theatre and loves to travel.

Practice Philosophy:

I believe effective care begins with listening. I create a respectful, judgment-free environment where patients and their families are engaged in shared decision-making. Care plans are tailored to each of my patient’s goals, values and life circumstances. My approach is compassionate, evidence‑based, and centered on you as a whole person, not just your symptoms.
