Ali Palejwala, MD, is a neurosurgeon who specializes in complex brain and skull base tumors, as well as general neurosurgery. He has a special interest in advanced endoscopic and open skull base techniques for tumors at the base of the skull and provides surgical treatment of brain tumors using minimally invasive approaches, including laser interstitial thermal therapy and awake craniotomy. Dr. Palejwala also treats conditions affecting the spine.

Dr. Palejwala was drawn to health care early in life after seeing the life changing impact that surgery can have for patients. The technical demands of neurosurgery led him to pursue specialized training, including additional fellowship experience focused on achieving technical excellence and improving patients’ quality of life. Outside of work, Dr. Palejwala is an avid sports fan.
