Did not really attempt to establish rapport. I had never seen this provider but she was about to enter the most intimate part of my body and she barely said hello before getting started. However she did answer all of my questions. But she continued speaking even when she was turned away from me (and I noticed this when she was saying goodbye to a previous client) which feels impersonal and is a barrier to communication. Overall I feel that I got the care I needed, and it was the end of the day, so she may have been tired and ready to go home, so I can understand

Not care providers fault, but she has a very busy schedule, I felt listened to, but did not feel that she could spend a minute extra with me. Not sure that is great for her satisfaction either!
