    We did not have to wait long at all for Dr. Cobert. Dr. Cobert was very professional, kind, gentle, and patient with our 96 yr old mother who has late stage Alzheimer's disease {patient information removed}. He also has a great sense of humor.

    I got some good info from this appt, but some of that info was only from questions I asked. Both the doctor and nurse seemed very rushed, which was a bit unsettling.

    Great experience. Akthough I was struggling to understand the role of my eustachian tube in all of the this doctor was very good overall. He was decisive, efficient and immediatly supported what I wanted to do about the problem. I trust his expertise and want to better understand all the possible contributing factors to my hearing loss. I know he does not have time to explain all of that but I could consult with him later as needed. I am glad I was able to get established with this doctor. Now I hope he doesn't retire, lol.

    I went in to get my ears cleaned and ask about a couple of other concerns. He asked about my BPPV issues and upon assessing them gave me a referral to PT. I like that he is in tune with and cares about his patients.
