He is a board-certified family practice physician, a graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency at the Eau Claire Family Residency Program associated with the University of Wisconsin.

Raised on Maui, Dr. Sarner combines his own commitment to fitness with his love of Hawaiian culture by participating in local outrigger canoe racing.

    Provider lacks bed side manners. Does not show compassion. Doesn't do eye contact. Challenges questions instead of listening and finding a solution. I have had several appointments with him and it's always a bad experience. The only reason I book with him is due to no other provider being available.
