    Dr Frost was an excellent balance of calm and confident without a hint of being dismissive or indifferent. My daughter and I were both so at ease and felt free to ask questions, and confident in the care and treatment she would receive.

    Care team was great overall. MA helping room us was an absolute delight. Provider seemed very knowledgeable but a little bit in a rush to complete the visit. Concerns regarding patient that parent raised felt dismissed and questions for provider were rushed through.

    Presents confident, experienced, and reassuring. I appreciated his choice to sit in a chair and ask the patient to explain what was happening. He seemed completely focused on us as if he had all the time in the world. He came to conclusions quickly and explained his plan. Overall good experience.

    Dr. Frost does an excellent job explaining things and listening to our concerns. He does an excellent job talking with my daughter about what she can do to alleviate some of the pain she has been experiencing and giving her recommendations on what she can do at home as well as attending physical therapy.

    Dr. Frost was amazing. Very informative with excellent description of ACL and Mencius repairs Including post op expectations. Made my son feel very comfortable with having his first and hopefully only surgery to repair his knee.
