This was my first visit with Nurse Peter and it was the best experience I've had since learning I have a heart problem.

He had some bad news to deliver and I didn't take it particularly well.He spent a lot of time clarifying my options and letting me process. I really appreciated it.

Dr. Pete explained the results of my tests, what it mean to my overall health, explained risk factors, treatment options and recommendations, help me understand the changes I need to make in my lifestyle to help my heart health. The way he communicated with me kept me at ease and I felt he truly cared about me as a person not just a patient.

He was informative and listened. I did not feel rushed like other locations. I wish he was my primary caregiver.

I do have a concern about the ARNP comment @ one point which suggested he doubted my truthfulness when in fact I was trying to jog my memory

It was my first visit with him but he had obviously looked at my file before the appointment and mentioned a couple things he'd noticed. He then asked me about my afib, listened, made notes and gave me information and answers that made sense and were understandable. I left feeling like I had a provider who knows what he's doing and who cared about me.

I've never had a bad experience. I don't know what to say to improve that.
