I travel 40 minutes to see Mary Jo. She is thorough, personable and includes your thoughts and opinions in your care. She is the best provider I have seen. She makes me feel comfortable and not embarrassed of being up my concerns

I have never had a doctor or nurse that did as well understanding my needs. Mary Jo and {staff name removed} have been the greatest care givers. Good news or bad, they handled it professionally and with utmost compassion.

{staff name removed} is wonderful. She knows that I get nervous going to the doctor so she helps me relax. And Mary Jo is wonderful too. She always takes the time for my concerns and is very good at explaining the pros and cons.

I felt it was rushed.. She ended the appointment without asking if I had any further questions but I stopped her before she left the room.

She was rushed, not focused on the patient in front of her. She is razzled with time management, appointments, student/s, and other patients... Too much on her plate. Running in and out of the room to and speaking fast to move forward is of no benefit to the patient or staff. I had to go to the front desk and ask them to make sure certain things were noted and would be done.

Very personable. Always explains things clearly, takes interest in myself & my child, my kiddo is non binary & has been to this clinic for years. Everyone felt very affirming for them, using their preferred name/Pronouns, I wish I I could give them a 10 out of 5 !

Wow! Mary Jo is amazing. I felt very comfortable with her. She did an excellent job of letting me know where the conversation was going. She gave great insight and advice for how to book future appointments and advocate my needs with my insurance company and referral clinics. She has a real heart of service and it shows in her communication style. She treated me with dignity and respect, which I greatly appreciated.

I love Mary Jo Cofernos as my provider and her nurse Tiffany. I always get excellent care, follow-up, guidance and education. I wouldn't trade my care for any other provider/nurse. I feel confident, that I receive the best care there is to offer anywhere.
