Dr. Church is always knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and concerned. I felt fortunate to get a same-day appointment to see her for my problem- she took ownership of it rather than immediately referring, and followed up with me the next day after she did some research. She explainer her thinking and plan clearly and engaged me In decision-making. I feel she genuinely cares about my health and welfare, and I am always glad to see her.

This my annual physical and, as usual, the staff were friendly and thorough. They asked list of questions and addresses all my concerns
