Dr very informative regarding procedure; expected involvement and predicted outcomes were discussed.

Initial cardiologist did not take the time to familiarize himself with my health problems. My impression of him was arrogance. He gave me a false impression of my condition. Dr. Ho and Dr John were just the opposite, explaining my condition and what procedure needed to be followed.

Felt rushed and when asked for professional opinion just said it was my choice. Didn't really do much to ease my anxiety especially being newly diagnosed. Didn't show much concern, it was really rushed

Dr Ho is the BEST. Only "good" ratings because the whole medical complex is too dependent on insurance and liability concerns.

A misunderstanding occurred which was my fault not the staff..all team members were spot on!!!

Dr Ho explained his thoughts about the next step I should consider, helped me with updating a prescription and explained the improvements that make the ablation not so uncomfortable. He also explained that I was in AFIB now snd should Consider another ablation. Did not discuss or explain the EKG which seemed odd. I am to see him again in 6 months.
