Amanda Larson, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, with subspecialty in pediatrics. She treats children with a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Dr. Larson's young patients benefit from her expertise as well as a hands-on approach that offers drawings or examples of implants and casts to help patients and their families have a complete understanding of procedures, when they are necessary. Away from work, she enjoys outdoor activities and traveling.

Practice Philosophy: Being a pediatric orthopedic provider allows me to combine creativity (taught to be by my parents, a home economics teacher and an engineer) with evidence-based medicine, to repair broken bones, correct deformed lower extremities or create masterpiece casts. I love caring for children. At the end of our visits, my goal is to ensure my patients and their families feel confident in our team's treatment plan, whether or not surgery is needed.
