Diane Crum, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who offers a vast array of primary care services, including routine office procedures and vaccinations. Diane has both a master’s degree and a doctorate degree in nursing. Her career in health care was launched when she worked in a nursing home, where she found joy in serving others. Away from work, she is an avid painter and enjoys spending time with her family on trips to Pacific Northwest beaches.
It is an honor and a privilege when a fellow human allows me to partner with them towards better health. I love family medicine, and working with patients of all ages. My goal is to get to know patients as individuals and create a health plan to achieve optimal wellness. As a resident of this community, I am thrilled to be serving the population of Eatonville.
