In addition to performing a vast array of office procedures, he offers osteopathic manipulative therapy to help treat a wide range of conditions. While Dr. Girdler is passionate about his career in healthcare, the outdoor adventurer in him would have loved to become a forest ranger. Away from work, he enjoys skiing, fishing, cooking, camping and spending time with family.

    Great experience. Feel seen and heard by Dr T Girdler, able to have a good conversation about my mental health, which is more of a struggle than physical right now.     A refreshing improvement over previous provider. Never an authoritative attitude, but real guidance concerning what I can do and what medical experience can contribute additionally. Doctor provided an impression of partner, safe to share concerns with him, and respecting a conservative goal of quality of life before delving into the over the top preservation of aging.
