SPOKANE, Wash. – In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, MultiCare Rockwood Clinic announced today that it will offer extended hours throughout the month of October for patients needing mammograms.
Appointments will be accepted on Monday through Friday from 7am – 6om. Additionally, on Saturday, October 10 and 24 appointments can be made from 8am – 4:30pm.
MultiCare’s expanded mammography hours are available at two locations: Spokane Valley, 12410 E. Sinto Ave Suite 105, and on the lower South Hill, 400 E. 5th Ave. Both locations offer the latest in mammogram technology with 3D™ imaging.
“As with most cancers, early detection with breast cancer patients helps produce a more positive patient outcome,” Dr. Rachel O’Connor, Diagnostic Oncologist said. “Our patients lead busy lives and we want to encourage them to have their annual exam every year.”
