Fellowship application procedures
We encourage you to fill out the Fellowship Application and return it to us as soon as possible. We begin reviewing our applications starting in July. We will offer positions to the best candidates on a “first-come-first serve” basis.
Applicants are only considered for interviews after all of required materials have been received. A complete application includes the application form, CV, medical school transcripts, and 3 letters of reference (1 letter from your residency program director and a letter from someone who can attest to your OB skill
Selection Criteria
- All applicants must be graduates of an accredited family medicine residency program by the time the fellowship year begins.
- All applicants must be board certified/eligible in family medicine.
- All applicants must have demonstrated interest in rural practice.
- Our sponsor does not support J1 Visas
Our goal is to have the positions for our August class filled by October 31st. All applicants will be notified by email or by telephone of their status.
