Online Childbirth Class

The on-demand, online childbirth class offers prepared childbirth instruction in an easy-to-navigate, self-paced and convenient format. 

Topics covered include pregnancy, labor, birth stories, comfort techniques, medical procedures, cesarean birth, newborn care and postpartum.

This class offers information in text, animation, videos and 11 printable handouts. The total average viewing time is six to eight hours. 

These classes can be viewed in the following languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, and Chinese.
