Total joint / arthroplasty fellowship

Pacific Northwest Hip & Knee Adult Reconstruction Fellowship

The Pacific Northwest Hip & Knee Adult Reconstruction Fellowship is offered by MultiCare Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and is designed to provide fellows with a thorough and comprehensive approach to the medical and surgical management of patients with orthopedic conditions affecting the hip or the knee.

Fellows are encouraged to participate in research approximately 5 percent of the time with numerous clinical research opportunities available. Conference schedules include a weekly joint replacement/x-ray conference, monthly journal clubs, and educational/association conferences.

This one-year fellowship begins August 1 and ends July 31. One non-ACGME-accredited fellowship position is available each year.

MultiCare’s Pacific Northwest Hip & Knee Adult Reconstruction Fellowship accepts applications through the SF Match Program.

Applicants must have a current Washington State Medical License and be board-eligible, with the satisfactory completion of an approved orthopedic residency training program. This requires four years of ACGME-accredited training in the United States or Canada and completion of all three parts of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination.
