Program Director – Zachary Adler, MD

Zachary Adler, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in standard and complex joint replacement surgeries around the hip and knee. He provides operative and non-operative treatment options for patients with a wide range of diagnoses. Dr. Adler has expertise in minimally invasive and tissue sparing reconstructive surgery as well as complex joint deformity and more extensive surgical procedures around the hip and knee. He also has specialized training in trauma and is a member of both the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Associate Director – Robert Tamurian, MD

Robert Tamurian, MD, is the Medical Director of Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at MultiCare. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in complex limb reconstruction and orthopedic oncology. He provides surgical treatment to patients who have a range of orthopedic injuries or conditions. Dr. Tamurian has special interest and expertise in advanced technologies, computer-assisted arthroplasty surgery, minimally invasive total joint replacements, tissue sparing joint reconstruction, joint replacement revision, orthopedic oncology and general orthopedic conditions.
