Our Integrated Primary Care clinic offers: 

• Primary care
• Specialty care, including breast and bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery, urogynecology
• Nutrition services
• Care navigation to help connect patients to specialists, support and resources
• One-on-one education by a nurse educator
• Group education classes on topics such as healthy eating, hormones and cardiovascular health

We are located in Building 1 and can be accessed through the Capital Imaging Center and Outpatient Clinic entrance. The clinic entrance will be located on your right.
