    Dr Cowan was AMAZING. He's a great listener and very patient with questions. I know he's very busy, but I didn't feel rushed at all. His description of the pros and cons of the procedure I came to ask him about was very clear. He was very empathetic. A great experience.

    Dr. Cowan understood my concerns and addressed each one with care and honesty. I was so concerned that I might be wasting his time. I was born with a cleft palate and hare lip and noticed some changes as I have aged. This visit resulted in less stress for me. I am so grateful for the information he provided to me.
