Ashley Mitchen, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in neurosurgery. She provides comprehensive care with a focus on evidence-based management of complex spine and cranial conditions. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care and supporting individuals and their families as they navigate both surgical and nonsurgical treatment options.

Ashley was inspired to pursue a career in health care at a young age after a close family friend was diagnosed with glioblastoma. Witnessing her journey, the complexity of her care and the impact of compassionate providers shaped Ashley’s desire to offer that same support to others. That experience continues to guide her commitment to patient-centered care today. Away from work, Ashley enjoys traveling with her partner and two dogs, exploring new places, cultures, and foods along the way. She also enjoys cooking and developing new recipes, hiking and relaxing with a good book.
