My goal in practice is to help keep patients physically active. This ranges from helping athletes safely return to sports participation following injury, to helping a patient with arthritis maintain their mobility. I believe being active is important for physical, mental and emotional health, so I strive to help my patients achieve their activity goals, on and off the field.
