Dr. Wen manages to blend professionalism with being personable. She has an amazing memory for what I've told her in past visits, which I always find amazing, considering how many patients she must see. I appreciate the opportunity to have her as my provider.

The provider was very thoughtful, communicated well, and was personable. Fortunately, she did not have any concerns- but suggested potential follow ups "out of caution." Which was odd, in some ways, nice in others. That being said, it reminds me that I did not get a call about the follow up yet.

She asked me a series of questions, most of which were already in my chart, then prescribed medications with no discussion.

{patient name removed} caregiver had to prompt {patient name removed} many times because her answers were incorrect due to her dementia. But it was a good way for this Dr to really diagnose and write in MyChart, the degree of dementia. Caregiver sees {patient name removed} more than I , her Sister do
