I have a small bit of medical knowledge. This provider always listens and talks to me about my concerns and takes it into consideration with his diagnosis and his treatment plan. He is absolutely wonderful and will be missed when he finally decides to retire. He's the best you got. At least in my experiences with other providers. Be proud of him! The nurses on his nurse line that work with him all have been fantastic. They give him my concerns and he always answers back every one of the questions I have asked at the nurse line. Please don't ever stop this for parents as it is a wonderful alternative to any questions that you would have when you don't know how to use your portals because you're too old. LOL thanks for having me take this survey and all the others that I have filled out also.

Dr. Kierum has always been very informed and intelligent. I can tell he cares deeply about each my child's wellbeing. He went out of his way to provide information and resources so I can get additional support for my child's disability

We like our doctor, my daughter dont want to change at this time.

This doctor and staff are absolutely wonderful. He has been (patient name removed) doctor all of (patient name removed) life.(patient name removed) told him that he just couldn't retire and ask him if he could see his mom when she got here from Puerto Rico. He responded that he would love to see his mom and that he wasn't thinking about retiring right away. (patient name removed) always tells me that he does not want another doctor. LOL

Dr. Kierum is the best in the business. He is kind, compassionate, listens with the intent to hear, and has a brilliant mind. He has been able to figure out things that no other Dr has for my son. I have 100% trust and confidence in him and so thankful for all that he has done for my family. he is the reason why we continue to choose Woodcreek.
