Again, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Trott. He's a great doctor and treats/talks to his patients as humans and not like cattle being herded in and out. Unfortunately, I've had doctors in the past who barely knew my name and treated me as an inconvenience that they couldn't get out of the office fast enough and on to the next. I've never experienced such treatment at Multicare, with Dr. Trott, which is why I've kept him as my doctor for so long. Even after moving from Gig Harbor, I'm still willing to travel to keep him as my doctor. Good ones are hard to find.

Doctor Trott is an excellent primary care doctor. The issues were with your automated check in. Felt like a three ring circus act to see him.

The physician seemed either preoccupied, having a bad day or at worst disinterested in explaining test results or organized questions posed in my yearly wellness check up, and in fact after 15 minutes told me he was running out of time. Note that of the 15 minutes spent In the examination ten minutes was spent by the Dr charting. I travel out of the country 11 months of the year, I am only able to see the Dr once a year and have a higher expectation of test results being explained and my questions answered. I will be requesting to be seen by a different Dr for my next yearly check up.

Didn't knock, didn't show much concern, didn't give me much time to explain my issue. Very abrupt.

I'm utterly grateful to Dr.Trott for accepting me on a short notice, when my regular PCP wasn't available. Some inaccuracies slipped into clinical notes - I didn't reject offer for cardio ultrasound In the ER, why would I? - but he so made up for that ordering echocardio for me (the ultrasound's results were a huge relief ).

Thank you Dr. Trott for seeing me when I couldn't get in to see the cardiologist! You were kind enough to take care of my issues and you were kind enough to properly adjust the doses of my medications. I appreciate all that you do. I am fortunate that you are my primary care provider!
