Again, it's always a great experience. I've got nothing Negative to say about them.

He was in the room with me for less than a minute. He did not ask any questions, he didn't even come within 3 feet of me. It felt so patronizing & condescending.

I did come in with a head cold and cough that he didn't address, due to the reason of my appointment for Edema. He did address the Edema issue with professionalism and urgency.

I do appreciate Dr. Kucera and he is always helpful with what I bring up. I do wish he would like to do more digging into concerns.

Was in for my yearly checkup I felt little rush didn't ask if I had any concerns about my health didn't check to see if I needed any other procedures like bone density (I had to tell him) mammogram, refill prescriptions ,up to date on flu shot, Covid etc. Did put in for lab work

Dr Kucera doesn't listen/hear me. Tells me all my problems are just because I'm old so can't do anything for me. He doesn't listen, he doesn't care, and he doesn't explain well. And, he shamed me because I don't use MyChart.....he tells me he has "...89 yr old patient who can use mychart". That has nothing to do with me. He has never treated me like he cares at all about my pain, my concerns, my treatment. I will be changing clinics and getting a new Dr. This isn't the first time I have felt completely unheard and treated poorly by him.

Dr K is ALWAYS patient, kind, friendly and he actually listens and empowers me. He is the only primary I have found that actually listens to his patients. I have to drive over 30 minutes to Sumner for my appointments due to relocating, and I would drive an hour if needed. Dr Kucera is worth the drive. Exceptional doctor!
