I was concerned meeting my new doctor because I was with Dr Dawson for 30 years but when I met my new primary, I was pleased and happy that she is kind she listens and she cares good choice. Good decision on hiring this physician.

She sprained everything to me clearly , but she did not explain everything to the paramedics clearly were very confused about what was going on with me , so I had to explain to the paramedics myself

She wore a mask and it was VERY difficult to understand her. Much of our conversation was assuming what she said.

Dr. Mapili does a good job of talking about problems, but when presented with a written list of specific things to address as well as spoken to about, she did not seem to hear or even acknowledge the questions. Just talking on and on about what she wanted to talk about.

I felt like I was not listened to. I understand that there are standards and guidelines, and I am all for them, but I was being talked at, rather than talked with. This was not a team effort about my health, but more of the physician talking at me, while I was attempting to remind her of our previous conversations. This is not the first time, I've felt talked at, and I am strongly considering looking for another provider.

Never, they didn't listen to me, only had their version and wanted me to hear what they had to say.

Dr. Mapili rarely listens to me. She spends time telling me things about my condition from my chart.. She just shows no interest in listening.
