I appreciated her thoroughness in explaining everything, including offering and explaining her recommendations and explaining some options for now as well as things we might want to explore when he's older. Always had eye contact and I could almost see the wheels turning. I have a good feeling about where she is heading with her investigation. It's been 8 years trying to figure my situation and I now feel like there's a bit of hope.

Nov, 9 2024When it comes to ENT specialty, I prefer to only see Dr Puig. She's careful and thoughtful. And she informs when something might not be within her specially, but knows who to refer you to and what tests to order if an urgent care provider didn't cover all the possible concerns for care.
