    Dr. Gapen was a very caring provider. He gave us 4 reasons to what was going and what each case could be. He explained that he was going to treat with an antibiotic and to use it for 5 days. I loved how he interacted with my son. Dr Gapen is awesome.

    Dr Gapen has been the provider for both my girls since they were babies. Been seeing him for over 13 years. I also was his former medical coder 8 years back. I have nothing but great things to say about him. He shares he is a father himself. He truly takes the time to talk to my children when we visit. Always considerate. When the valley closed we followed him to the south hill as patients even though it is far from us. I love how caring he is with children. And he takes our comments and concerns seriously.

    I love this office. I love Dr Gapen and Dr Cindy and the excellent care they have both provided for my children over the last 15 years. I only wish I myself could receive the same level of care as an adult. I also wish their office was a tad bit closer to my house, but we will drive to see them anywhere!

    Dr Gapen is kind and very caring. He is patient and listens to parents concerns without judgement. He explains things in clear easily followed language and with care. He is thorough and I appreciate all of his time and care for our boys(4) which he sees all of them.
