The physicians providing my care during this visit took time to listen to my health concern, ask questions to clarify and establish deeper understanding, and provided helpful relevant information about my concern and strategies to address it.

I felt the doctor rushed too quickly through what my problem was and then explaining the treatment. He gave me a sheet and underlined things. But this was all new to me and I felt I was drinking through a firehose. Especially the different things I was to do. I wanted a little more time, a slower pace, a little more explanation. Not sure if that is his personality or that he feels too rushed to get to the next appointment,
