Dr. Angulo, is very kind and understanding. Listens to our questions and concerns and comments. About {patient name removed} health. He's stupendous!!!

Dr. Angulo-Zereceda provided excellent care. As a first time patient, he knew who I was and my health issue. He immediately explained the health facts and treatment for the condition. He allowed me to ask questions, and then he explained how the process worked. Dr. Angulo-Zereceda comes across as a gentle caring person who is respectfully knowledgeable.

This is a very rude doctor. He seemed to be irritated that we were there and kept asking why we were there. We were referred by my brothers general practitioner, but he didn't seem to care about that. He was initially very condescending and I wasn't sure why. My brother is very ill, elderly, disabled, and the doctor never even looked at him really. He just kept looking at me. So I answered the questions. This is a doctor for whom it seems patient care is something he just has to accept. I have been a member of the Puyallup community for a very long time and this is not a doctor. I would recommend to anyone. I'm sorry to have to say this but this doctor is very unkind. I only found out my brother was diagnosed with COPD the second week of October, so this is all new to me. I shudder to think what it would have happened. How do II shudder to think what it would have happened had I not been there. I'm sure the doctor would've summarily dismissed him and his needs as insignificant and unimportant. After a three month wait I would expect better or at least some modicum of compassion. We got none. If your score were measured by the respiratory therapist, you would get a five, but this doctor is clearly less than one. All of his years of training and experience have not culminated in an individual who deals well with the public. Perhaps there are a few pulmonologists in our area which results in many people funneling down to one doctor. That's too bad as we are human beings, and not simply the discarded. My brother is a kind and gentle soul, recently given unto my care after the death of my elderly mom he deserves better than the treatment he got from this doctor. He is extremely deaf, suffers from tonic-clonic seizures, and does not drive or have much contact with the outside world. I have been his lifeline since my mother died almost a year ago. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this doctor, however, knowledgeable, is not someone I could ever recommend. It said that we never get a second chance to make a first impression in this case. The impression was very poor.
